For a 3-day convention for 50 guests, Nintendo was looking for an experience that could combine content, hospitality, and atmosphere.
We organized the event in Bologna, choosing the Oratorio di San Filippo Neri as the venue, a historic site now owned by the Fondazione del Monte di Bologna e Ravenna.
An evocative location, capable of giving the convention a strong identity and transforming a corporate event into a memorable experience.
Guests were welcomed at the Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni”, in the heart of the city.
Over the three days of the event, we coordinated hospitality, logistics, and networking opportunities, including a dinner at Cantina Bentivoglio, a historic restaurant and jazz club in Bologna, featuring a live concert by American jazz musicians.
