Sustainability is not an activity separate from our work, but the criterion by which we make decisions every day. From people to processes, from partners to materials, every element of our ecosystem helps build more responsible projects.

People

We collaborate with organizations that create opportunities for vulnerable individuals and support job placement programs for people with disabilities. We are members of the social base of RJ45, a social cooperative that provides employment to disadvantaged people across the country, and we support projects that generate value for communities and regions, including in the poorest and developing areas.

Environment

We invest in solutions that reduce the impact of our activities, from using solar panels to gradually transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles, and from promoting more durable and responsible products to selecting suppliers and partners who are attentive to quality, the origin of materials, and production processes.
